Sunday we run easy - or as the Commodores put it " Easy like Sunday Morning". About five miles, out and back from the Marina Villiage Shopping Center parking lot between the Chase Bank parking lot and Starbucks. We run through the neighborhood of Pierpont to the Ventura Harbor to the Fisherman's Memorial. We wait for everyone to get to the Fisherman, take a group photo, and head back. It's an easy neighborhood run and if you're newer or ran hard on Saturday you can shorten the run as much as you want. We finish where we started at Starbucks and that means post-run coffee. The start time is 7:30 am, the run is usually an hour.
