Intervals + Track workouts: Pre-Covid we trained in Cougar Country also known as Larabee Field at Ventura high school. Tuesday nights at 5:45 year-round for speed and interval work. This is a coached workout that includes a warm-up, training, and cooling down usually totaling about 4-5 miles. The large group is broken into smaller groups based on their pace so they can do the training program together. Every workout is tailored to your skill level and speed.

Due to Covid and limitations with tracks, we have moved our interval workout to Kimball Field. Workouts are posted the day before. Bring hydration, a headlamp for darker days, and something warm for after the workout in the winter.
